The USPS has done it to us AGAIN!! They are adjusting their rates beginning Sunday, January 27, 2019.
A regular stamp will increase from $.50 to $.55. A postcard stamp will remain the same $.35 {yay!!!} The additional/supplimental {hand cancel} decreased to $.15 {yay!!}
However, if you currently ship packages via the Post Office, your rates have also increased Small {$7.90} Med {$14.35} Large {$19.95}
Here's my suggestion... Buy FOREVER stamps!!!
